Peter Österberg

Peter Österberg, MSc. in Business administration, DIHM (marketing) and Ph.D. in psychology, is a lecturer in work and organizational psychology.
The doctoral thesis is about the association between leadership style and the decentralized network communication within an organization that leads to social creativity for problem solving.
Peter has a background as an educator and coach with a focus on mental training in sports (sports psychology), and has since 2005 worked with executive coaching.
Peter also makes popular science lectures. Example: "Goal-Setting: key component for creative problem solving," "Leadership - conflict - creativity" and "Are we feeling really bad at work? A research perspective”.
